The iKnowledge Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple, we strive to deliver proven managed Internet services that our customers want and need. What makes us different is our approach. We recognize that there is no "Silver Bullet" and that each customer's hosting solution will be unique. We also recognize that it is impossible for any one Service Provider to effectively deliver the range of services that iKnowledge Provides. Therefore, we have developed technology and service partnerships with niche Service Providers who have the best product, not the greatest market share. We have evaluated and will continue to evaluate existing and new Internet services to provide our customers with proven options.

iKnowledge is a brand and separate company within infraHOST Managed Services. infraHOST is a privately held company in the State of Pennsylvania and does NOT rely on Venture Capitalist Funding to provide our customers with managed Internet services. Because of this we retain all decision making capabilities and manage our growth at a profitable rate. What this means for our Customers is that we will never compromise the integrity of our personal relationships and that we are fiscally sound. Most importantly we are committed to developing trust with each one of our customers individually.
